Return Policy

1. Returns
You can return unused, unworn and unused original packaging within 14 days. Jewelry and press on nails must be intact.

2. How to return
Please contact us by email or our customer service page. We will provide you with a return address, and the returned goods must be returned via Posti or other reliable courier services.

3. Return costs
If the return is due to product quality problems, free return and exchange.
For returns for other reasons, shipping costs cannot be refunded.

4. Refunds
Once we return the goods and confirm that they meet the return acceptance conditions, we will process it for you within 7 working days, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
